How to reach us
Our visiting address is Kortrijksesteenweg 304, 9000 Ghent. Our office is in the Vlaams Oogpunt (VOP), a shared building for Flemish organisations that support people who are blind or visually impaired.
We're happy to meet you at the door. Send us your expected arrival time and ask to be met, and someone will be waiting for you at the entrance to welcome you in. Just email info@elevenways.be or call +32 (0)78 079 111 beforehand.
Prefer to make your own way up? Take the lift to the fifth floor. As you step out, turn right, pass the kitchen, and we're behind the first door on the left. Just knock.
On foot from the station
We're a stone's throw from Gent-Sint-Pieters station (NMBS), so walking from the station is the most logical way to reach us: it's about 600 metres.
Exit the station at the main entrance and take the crossing on the right at Clementinalaan. Cross the street and follow the footpath to the left, past the old corner building of the railway services, to the zebra crossing over Astridlaan. Cross this street as well, turn onto Astridlaan (to the right) and follow it to the end. At the intersection, turn left onto Kortrijksesteenweg. You are at the right address when you feel the tactile rubber tiles at number 304.
If you'd like turn-by-turn directions instead, follow the walking route on Google Maps. Note that Google picks the shortest route, which may differ from the tactile route described above.
By tram or bus from elsewhere in Ghent
Coming from another part of the city? Use the De Lijn route planner, which already has our address filled in, to find the best tram or bus and stop for where you're starting from.
By car
Navigate straight to the door with Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps.
Good to know before you set off: Ghent's city centre is a low-emission zone (LEZ), so whether you may drive in depends on your car's fuel type and Euro standard, and foreign number plates must be registered in advance. The simplest choice is Parking Gent-Sint-Pieters, the underground station car park (entrance on Sint-Denijslaan). It's open 24/7, lies outside the low-emission zone and has dozens of accessible spaces. From the car park, walk up into the station concourse and out through the main entrance, then follow the on-foot directions above. Prefer to skip city traffic altogether? Park at a Park & Ride on the edge of Ghent and continue by tram or bus, using the De Lijn route planner to plan the trip from your chosen Park & Ride.
Spotted something unclear, or an accessibility problem in these directions? We'd love to hear it. Let us know at info@elevenways.be.
